 Everyday I am learning something new concerning the action reaction of Higgs boson inside Bose Einstein Condensate system (BECs); and this time I am sure that I achieved a new formula of manipulation to the water molecule in the atmosphere, and this formula is very efficient to bring rain to any area around the world; and its also the cheapest formula to realise in reality. A breaking record of rain amount has been achieved in a huge area between North Algeria, Tunisia and Libya, and these three countries were in need to the water molecule from rain especially at the moment after a long time of dried weather.

 The actual experiment on Higgs boson is well managed, and one of it's results is the building of condensated particles as pullers to the center of the experiment to drive clouds and high amount of rain to where Higgs boson experiment is occurring. The cited statement is true and it could be aplicated anywhere in the world to end droughts and their consequences. The new experiment on Higgs boson could resolve the problem of short rain, and also by this solution I can say that intelligent people have to recognise this experiment as the best discovery ever made. Now my appeal to people with responsability at high level of any state suffering from droughts to come forward and accept my proposed solution in the benefit for their countries.

 My understanding to the process of the actual experiment on Higgs boson is true because the used steps in this experiment have direct results in reality to bring further water molecule through the driving of clouds to the center of this experiment and it's suroundings by up to 15000 kilometres of diameter. The steps of Higgs boson experiment are well understood, easy to follow and less costly than any other experiment on Higgs boson; and also these steps have a good representation to the action reaction in all experiments in particle physics and chemistry.

 The reality of the actual experiment has a significant meaning to Higgs boson magnetism manipulation to particles in the atmosphere, because its able to show us how to attach the water molecule and pulling it towards Higgs boson experiment for so long, and this is what's happening now in the Mediterranean sea and further south to the big Sahara, the concerned experiment works similarly to a spring which brings clouds down in a rotational manner and produce clouds condensation to make rain.
