Scientists of the world are still ignoring my discovery to Higgs boson, and this is one of the biggest mistakes made by human beings in history; and this mistake of the igniorance to my discovery to Higgs boson maybe is due to my not excellent spelling to English, and maybe is also due to my not academic presentation to my research, or maybe is due to my not linking this discovery to an official body such as university, research center or a research laboratory, maybe is due to my exaggerated imagination to the observation to my experiments on Higgs boson, and the occurring facts on planet earth. And maybe my discovery to Higgs boson didn't find yet the right person with interest to the subject to investigate it and proving it right or wrong.
In spite of all the made self critics, there are no excuses to refuse my invitation to people with sophisticated means to check my work, and this is because of it's importance to humanity.
Anyway, in this post I would like to bring to your attention a good idea of how to avoid the worst of floods, or excessive snow in many areas around the world; I think that this idea is easy to achieve and this is by minimising the amount of clouds in these areas through the use of a system; this system is called Bose Einstein Condensate system (BECs).
The creation of a True Bose Einstein Condensate system (BECs) is based on my discovery to Higgs boson; and this system is capable of manipulating the water molecule in the atmosphere by managing it's amount of condensation to become rain or snow; because this system is able to direct the water molecule through it's creation to high depressions or low pressures. The system which I am talking about is shown in the picture below, and you can check it yourself.
