A second call of emergency to the Mexicain authorities.

I am back with my call to the Maxican Authorities to make my system a good tool to protect Mixico from hurricanes and strong storms. A preventive solution against excessive rain on Mexico should be executed in the benefit of this country, and this solution is to set Higgs boson aquarium on the west coast of the country in order to increase particles density, and to make a hight depression capable of diverting any danger from hurricanes and strong storms. I am able to set Higgs boson aquarium in any country suffering from excessive rain or setting Higgs boson bottles in any country suffering from dry weather.
