Emergency Call to the Spanish Authorities 

I am interested to raise awareness about the development of a low pressure in the mid-Atlantic, and which will have a damaging impacts on Spain from the seventh of November 2026. The coming low pressure is bringing with it excessive rain fall on Spain; and this rain will be excessive, and that is why I am making this call to the Spanish Authorities to take a preventive action to avoid the coming danger from this low pressure. I am proposing to the Spanish authorities to introduce Higgs boson aquarium to build a kind of umbrella on Spain made of particles to block the coming low pressure and changing its direction to North North in the mid-Atlantic. Higgs boson aquarium is a tinny system capable of increasing particle density to build a high depression on any wated area and to turn excessive rain into light rain.
